We worked closely with a Colorado based architect to complete a tenant improvement of a high quality orthodontist office. Project scope included the demolition of existing space, interfacing adjacent suites for new M&E services and construction of walls and ceilings. A high level of finishing included custom millwork throughout, wall niche features, glass walls, waterfall countertops and detailed painting and signage scheme.
